The GeForce RTX 4070 is slated for a mid-April launch in two TBP variants, namely 225W and 200W. The former will cost a bit over the MSRP in its own skew. Like the RTX 4070 Ti and 4080, it’ll feature the infamous 12VHPWR (or perhaps the 2x 8-pin) power connector, while the cheaper variant will come with the traditional 8-pin connector.

The lower-end GeForce RTX 3060 and 3060 Ti will also feature a single 8-pin power connector on account of their low wattage. Considering an 8-pin connector can safely deliver up to 150W of power, the two cards should have a TBP under 200W. You can expect slim form factor SKUs ideal for SFFs and mini-PCs. The GeForce RTX 4070 should retain the 12VHPWR power connector on overclocked and enthusiast-centric models, but the entry-level variants will adopt the 8-pin (or dual 8-pin) power connector. The former will top out at 225W, while the latter will have an upper limit of 200W. These will be called the “Non-MSRP” and “MSRP” models, respectively.
